Custom made loveseat and chair covered in a micro suede fabric, which is why there are dark and light variations in the photos--it's not because the fabric is worn or dirty. One of the best things about it is that you clean it with Windex! Spray it on, wipe with a soft cloth, and the dirt comes off. I have even cleaned off pen marks with it!
They're in excellent condition, with only one little mark (burn from a candle wick) on one arm of the loveseat, see picture that shows it next to a pencil point. The loveseat measures 64" wide x 35" deep and the back is 34" high. The chair is 34" wide x 35" deep and 34" high back. The lighting makes the sofa look lighter than the chair in the separate photos, but they are the same, and the right colour is closest to the pictured chair.
Paid $2400 new, asking $400 (because of the condition and transitional style) but am also open to reasonable offers.
